How TrustRating works
We combine analyses from leading AI models with verified human reviews to produce a single, transparent trust score for every company.
The score
Every company gets an overall star rating from 0 to 5. The rating is the average of two halves: an AI half (the average of all model ratings) and a human half (the average of all verified reviews, on the same star scale).
Five categories
Both AI models and reviewers rate companies across the same categories. This makes scores comparable across very different companies.
Trust
overall reputation and history.
Reliability
consistency, accuracy, uptime, transparency.
Service
product quality, fees, fulfilment.
Support
responsiveness, channels, problem resolution.
Reputation
sentiment in news and on review sites.
The AI panel
We send the same prompt to four leading models — GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok — and ask each to rate the company across the categories above. We store every individual answer so you can see where the models disagree.
The human panel
Anyone can write a review. We require accounts (free), a 1–5 rating, and a title plus body. Reviews go live immediately and can be flagged for moderation. Companies can respond to any review.
